PROTEOMICS CORE
The Proteomics Core provides high-resolution, high-sensitivity protein analysis using cutting-edge mass spectrometry, anchored by the Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Ascend™ Tribrid™ mass spectrometer. This advanced platform enables deep proteome coverage, accurate quantification, and detailed characterization of post-translational modifications and protein–protein interactions across a wide range of sample types.
The facility is open to internal researchers as well as external academic and industry partners, supporting projects in basic science, biomarker discovery, translational research, and beyond.

MICROSCOPY AND TISSUE IMAGING CORE
The Microscopy and Tissue Imaging Core provides advanced imaging technologies and expert support for high-resolution visualization of cells, tissues, and biomolecular structures. Equipped with a broad range of optical, confocal, and digital pathology platforms, the core enables detailed spatial analysis and quantitative imaging across a variety of sample types and experimental designs.

BIOMEDICAL RESOURCE CENTER CORE
The Biomedical Resource Center Core provides comprehensive animal services to support in vivo biomedical research. Our facility offers expert animal husbandry, colony management, and veterinary care to ensure the health and well-being of research animals. We support a variety of species and specialized models, including transgenic and knockout lines.
In addition to housing and care, the core provides technical services such as breeding, genotyping, phenotyping, and procedural support for animal studies. Our experienced staff collaborates closely with investigators to design, implement, and maintain animal models that meet rigorous scientific and ethical standards.
The core is available to both internal researchers and external collaborators, enabling high-quality animal-based research that advances understanding of disease mechanisms, drug development, and therapeutic interventions.
